E-mail is the economical international courier service launched by Post Express Logistics (China EMS) to meet the cross-border e-commerce light and small goods delivery. It uses the postal channel to clear customs and enters the cooperative postal light small-piece network delivery. Support 596 logistics companies, the single piece weight limit 2kg, the reference time limit is 7-10 working days, and the price is affordable.

E-mail treasure timeliness:
Reference time limit: 20 working days in Mexico, 5-7 working days in Vietnam, 7-15 working days in Saudi Arabia, Ukraine, Russia, and 7-10 working days in other routes.
 
The definition of each query state:

1. Unable to track
The number you submitted cannot be tracked. There may be the following reasons:
1) The shipper does not support online inquiries for this type of package. Please try to visit the carrier's official website, call the customer service hotline, open file inquiry, email, online submission and other inquiries.
2) We are unable to identify which carrier you are submitting. If it is a carrier that we have not supported, you can contact us and we will add support to more carriers.
 
2. Check for information
The tracking number you have already submitted has been queried. There may be the following reasons:
Indicates that the carrier has received your package and started scanning the entry tracking information, please be patient. If the tracking information is updated, we will update it synchronously.
 
3. Check no information
The number you submitted does not have tracking information. There may be the following reasons:
1) The transporter has not received your parcel.
2) The carrier has not entered the tracking information for your package.
3) The number you submitted is incorrect or invalid.
4) The order number you submitted has expired.
In general, after your package is shipped, the carrier needs time to process the package and track the information. Therefore, the tracking information may not be immediately queried after the package is shipped. If you are not online or unable to find it, you can contact the carrier for confirmation or check it later.
 
4. Network error
There was a network error in the single number access you submitted. There may be the following reasons:
1) The transporter's query interface is temporarily unavailable. In this case, the official website of the transporter is no longer accessible.
2) A sudden network access failure occurs due to a certain instability in network access.
In the event of a network access error, most carriers will resume normal access within a few hours (except for some carriers with poor IT support and often cannot access their official website). You can click on the error to re-check or check it later.
 
5. Handling errors
There was a processing error with the single number access you submitted. There may be the following reasons:
1) The format of the query results of the transporter has changed.
2) The result of the inquiry by the transporter has occurred in a situation we have never encountered.
3) We have already registered and will check for errors and update them in the first time. You can click on the error to re-check or check later.
