REFUNDS AND RETURNS: If there’s something wrong with the order: If there was something wrong on our end, such as an incorrect description on our website, and you report it within 30 days of delivery. In order to qualify for a refund, returned item(s) must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging intact and tags attached.
If it’s something else: （1）If you report the issue within 30 days, we’ll issue a refund or a replacement without charging a restocking fee, though shipping may still apply. Unfortunately, if you run into an issue after the 30-day mark, we won’t be able to accept a return. （2）If for any reason an item you have purchased from LeadongToys’s does not meet your satisfaction, you may return that item any time you would like. We know life gets busy and we don’t want to hold you or your money hostage. For all returns you need to follow conditions before we can accept any returned merchandise.
The following conditions must be met: (1)All returned goods must be in their original state in new, resalable condition. (2)Products cannot be dented, scratched or have any protective material removed. (3)Shipping Fees are non-refundable. (4)Orders can be canceled only prior to shipment or the start of the manufacturing process. (5)Collect shipments are not permissible and will be refused.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is being returned because of a definite error by LeadongToys’s. Refunds will only be processed in the form of the original payment method. If you change your bank or credit card and we can longer refund the original form of payment then you will be issued store credit. Any forms of checks can not be accepted or issued as credit. Upon receiving the item back into inventory, we will refund the customer in the form of payment that the original order was received.
